Parking Pass Information
Parking Passes ARE REQUIRED!!
All vehicles entering the facility must have a parking pass.

Cost: $20 each (CASH ONLY at the gate)

No RVs, campers, or overnight vehicles are allowed under any circumstances.

Carpooling is strongly encouraged to reduce traffic and wait times.
Parking Pass Options:

Sold in advance by Storm volunteers at tournaments leading up to the event

Bulk passes are now available online in quantities of 10, 20, or 30

Sold at Cloud Peak Center located at 1520 Coffeen Ave in Sheridan on Friday, May 8th, 6:00–7:30 PM (check out the arcade, remodeled bar, and bowling while you pick up passes!)

Day-of passes are available at the gate, but expect delays

No emails regarding parking passes will be answered. All details are posted on our website and social media.
Referee Parking Passes
Referees will receive ONE complimentary parking pass at the referee meeting or by contacting their referee assignor the week of the tournament.
Please plan accordingly — no refunds will be issued if a referee purchases a pass ahead of time.
Day-Of Purchases
Parking passes will also be available at the gate during the tournament.
Please anticipate a line and allow extra time for entry.
Important Reminder
No RVs, campers, or similar overnight vehicles are permitted to enter the Big Horn Equestrian Center.
